I got my job at The Empire Theatre on Saturday. I started working on Monday. I sold my first ticket on Monday afternoon.

The Ticketeer box office program is so comprehensive and easy to use that I was able to learn it in one morning. Two weeks later I was able to train all of my staff on the program, feeling very confident that I was “expert” enough to handle their questions as well as to continue to operate the program myself.

The Empire Theatre has an advantage being close enough to Liquid Metal Software that repairs and/or changes to the system in the early stages of operation were overseen by Hylton Coxwell, one of the program’s developers. In its later stages, tech support is still a practically seamless event with the Ticketeer program as changes can be made online and literally take place overnight.

As an ever-evolving company we really appreciate the flexibility and versatility of the program. It seems to change with us as we venture forward into a faster paced and higher volume business than we originally anticipated. At this point we can only expect more good things to come.
